Coaching is part of line management. For sure. There are several situations where external coaching can deliver results with low cost. Coaching on specific knowledge areas can increase the power to adapt because it takes place in the work area of the candidate. There is no comparison with a sports coach.

The EMS Coach operates like a sparring partner. Together, the coaching areas will be defined. Next, the coach will make his or her knowledge available. A relationship bases on trust is essential.

Besides the available knowledge there must be a personal click between you and the EMS coach. We are responsible for that click. We make sure that your coach is the one with whom you can spar and you can develop.

Coaching paths are mutual defined and can be by phone, e-mail or weekly appointments, just what is the most practical for you.
