EMS' success in your organization depends on the co-operation between your and our people. When you have seen the EMS model and the working-methods of EMS it will become clear to you that this will even become the critical success factor for the created change organization to last.

The services of EMS are aimed to make the EMS consultant redundant and deliver a well functioning mature change organization. This is realized by training your employees in the use of the applied methods, techniques and software. At certain moments in time, following the project plan, progress reports of the EMS project are issued.

Of course, we stay in touch and suggest alterations if needed. Preferably, we will work towards a status of our relationship where you will call on us as trusted advisor in our areas.

EMS will provide all possible cooperation to an eventual EMS user group and will encourage regular meetings in this group.

EMS invites their most significant customers to participate in the EMS Advisory Council. The EMS Advisory Council is asked to provide input to the development of EMS, the EMS model, supporting facilities and software.
Certified EMS Business Consultants are allowed to join a starting network of specialists in order to promote and advice of the development of the EMS model, EMSNET. EMSNET has a strong advisory role in the development of the EMS model, including methods, techniques and software. EMS stimulates EMSNET with the development of awareness in the market regarding the EMS model by, for instance, lectures and publications.
