| EMS will be most beneficial to organizations that have a relatively
high rate of change and whose abilities to adapt are tested regularly.
Our target group specifically comprises of larger organizations (400+) which want to increase their project quality, or where change initiatives and activities are poorly reasoned and/or poorly communicated throughout the organization. In today's challenging economy and global trends relates to practically all market segments and public sectors. Keep in mind though, that working with EMS does not have to mean that you immediately need to start implementing a complete change organization according to the EMS model. The EMS model, however, does give you the guide line you can use to give structure to various change processes in specific parts of your organization. By using the EMS model accordingly, you make sure that every single alteration in your organization is lined with the aim of achieving the mature change organization, preventing sub optimisation. For example: You need a Performance Management solution and have selected a certain system to implement i.e. Balanced ScoreCard. Or you are going to have your IT management better tuned in with your business strategy. If you will have this done under supervision of EMS, this will be developed and implemented on the flow with all the necessary expertise, but this will also generate less conflicts with other future change processes. |
