3 kinds of accounts;

- only access to documents and/or agenda and/or be able to send a
comment to the workgroup (this is the case when somebody - who is
authorized and has a full of work account - has given you access to
the entity, programme, project etc..., as member).

- only access to your own programs, projects, organizational units,
processes and/or ict-resources of Enterprise Management Solution;
- through system management authorized access to program management,
project management, departments, processes and/or ict-resources;
- through system management authorized options to save, edit
