Goal setting is essential. Defining goals and measuring if set goals are met is crucial.

1. Meet and defining goals. Possible also on individual level. Results of the training are clear.
2. EMS proposes content of the training. Candidates can influence the set up of the training. If EMS does not have the necessary knowledge we obtain a related trainer.
3. Plan and execute training. If needed the training can be adjusted.
4. Evaluation of results.

If needed EMS is able to measure results in the work field after for example one year to check if the training was successful.

It is also possible to continue a path with coaching.
